    Within the scope required to achieve the aims listed in 1. above, Global Business Hub Tokyo may provide personal information to Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., which is the subcontractor for the operations listed in 1. above and to those affiliated with Global Business Hub Tokyo and other third parties, etc. In such cases, required items such as the full name, company and division where one works, job title, address, phone number, fax number, email address and real estate information, etc. shall be provided orally, via electronic data transmission, on mailing labels and other printed material or as a list, etc. We will stop provision of such information to third parties on request from customers or trading partners.
